About the job
About Culvion AI
Culvion AI builds AI SDRs, voice bots, CRMs, LMS, and QMS systems that automate sales and customer operations for businesses. As a founding-stage team selling technical products to business buyers, how clearly we explain what we do directly affects whether we win. This role owns our written voice across every channel we're on.
Location: Remote
What You'll Do
- Write and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and the Culvion website blog
- Write LinkedIn posts in the founders' voice, plus carousels and thought-leadership pieces on AI in sales and customer operations
- Write long-form, SEO-aware blogs on topics like AI SDRs, voice AI, CRM automation, and quality management systems — researched properly, not spun
- Write hooks, captions, and on-screen copy for our reels, working closely with the video intern so writing and visuals ship together
- Own and run the content calendar across all channels
- Repurpose a single idea across formats — one blog becomes a carousel, three LinkedIn posts, and a reel script
- Support product and sales copy: website pages, case studies, one-pagers, and outreach email copy
- Track what's performing (engagement, reach, blog traffic, inbound leads) and bring that back into what you write next
- Present content performance and plans in weekly syncs with the founders
What We're Looking For
- Writing samples you can share — published posts, blogs, newsletters, a personal page, college publication work, or spec pieces. This is required
- Explicit, simple English. You can explain a technical product to someone who has never heard of it without sounding like a brochure
- A working feel for how LinkedIn, Instagram, and blog writing each differ — the same paragraph doesn't work in all three
- Research ability — you can read up on an unfamiliar B2B topic and write something accurate about it
- Self-direction and consistency.
Content is a volume game and deadlines are real
- Comfort using AI tools to draft faster, paired with the judgment to edit hard and fact-check everything
Good to Have
- Basic SEO understanding — keyword research, on-page structure, internal linking
- Familiarity with Canva or basic design for carousels and static posts
- Prior internship, freelance, or personal-project experience in content, copywriting, or social media
- Exposure to B2B or SaaS writing specifically
- Familiarity with CRM or sales tools like HubSpot
- Genuine curiosity about AI products and how they're sold to businesses
Stipend Structure We follow a performance-first stipend model. The first 1–2 months are a structured onboarding and evaluation period — this isn't unpaid busywork, it's genuine training, direct founder mentorship, and real ownership of live content from week one. We use this period to make sure the fit is right on both sides before committing to a paid role, since we're a 2-person founding team investing significant one-on-one time in every intern we bring on.
Once the evaluation period is complete, your stipend is set based on your demonstrated performance, output quality, and initiative — not a fixed default.
- Month 1–2 (Onboarding & Evaluation): Basic stipend during this period — focused on training, hands-on writing work, and mutual evaluation of fit.
- Month 3 onward: Rs. 7,000–15,000/month, based on your performance review at the end of the evaluation period. Stronger contributions are rewarded with a higher starting stipend, not a flat rate.
- Strong performers may be considered for a full-time offer beyond the internship period.
How to Apply
- Send your resume to
[email protected] with the subject line "Content Writer Intern." Attach 2–3 writing samples — a blog, a LinkedIn post, or anything you've written that you're proud of. If you've run a page or blog of your own, send the link.
