Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Content Writer and Social Media professional. The role involves planning, writing, and editing web content, blog posts, articles, and client-focused resources that communicate JBATA’s advisory and accounting services in a clear, engaging manner. The individual will manage social media channels, create platform-specific content, schedule posts, and monitor engagement to support brand visibility and lead generation.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting research on industry trends, aligning content with business objectives, optimizing messaging for digital channels,



and ensuring accuracy and consistency with JBATA’s voice and standards. The role also requires collaboration with advisors and accountants to translate technical concepts into accessible content, reporting on content and social media performance, and suggesting improvements based on analytics.

Qualifications

- Solid Web Content Writing and general Writing skills to produce clear, engaging, and accurate finance content.
- Experience with Content Strategy and Research to plan effective topics, support thought leadership, and align content with business goals.
- Proficient in Proofreading to ensure high-quality, error-free, and consistent materials across all platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X) and adapt content to each platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial and business concepts in accessible language.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and comfort working independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals, content management systems, and basic analytics tools is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field is preferred; experience in professional services or financial sectors is an advantage.
