Role Description This is a full time, on-site Content Strategist role based in Vadodara.

The Content

Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across channels, aligning content plans with brand objectives and campaign goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting audience and market research, defining content themes and messaging, planning editorial calendars, and collaborating with creative, design, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. The role also involves overseeing content performance, optimizing strategies based on data and feedback,



and ensuring all content maintains brand voice and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Content Strategy and Content Development to plan and shape effective, audience-focused campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Management to organize, maintain, and optimize content across platforms and projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Content Writing and Writing to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent copy for digital and other media.
- Relevant experience in marketing, branding, or communications, preferably in an agency or creative environment.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, draw insights, and adapt content strategies based on data.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with creative, design, and client-facing teams.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
