Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Producer role based in Rajkot.

The Content

Producer will plan, create, and manage content across various formats, including written materials, product-focused content, and visual media. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to understand content needs, developing production schedules, and ensuring all content aligns with brand standards and company objectives. The role involves supporting video production activities, overseeing basic editing or coordination with external vendors, and organizing assets in content management systems for easy access and reuse.

The Content





Producer will also assist in shaping content strategies, monitoring performance, and recommending improvements to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Content Production and Content Management for organizing and delivering consistent, high-quality materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production to support planning, coordination, and basic oversight of visual content creation.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Content Strategy and Writing to plan effective messaging and produce clear, engaging written content.
- Relevant skills such as familiarity with basic design or editing tools, understanding of digital platforms, and experience working with cross-functional teams are beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in communications, media, marketing, or a related field, along with prior experience in content or media roles, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and comfort working on-site in a collaborative environment are important.
