About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Content Marketing & Creative Specialist who can take content from brief to publication. You will create and manage social media content, produce visual assets, maintain quality, and use performance data to improve results across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Reddit.
- Turn briefs and ideas into carousels, posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
- Research trends, audience interests, and content opportunities.
- Design high-quality assets using Canva, Figma, VN, Edits, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Maintain brand consistency and create reusable templates.
- Manage content calendars, deadlines, and community interactions.
- Proofread all captions and creatives before publication.
- Track reach, engagement, shares, saves, clicks, and other agreed KPIs.
- Identify successful content and recommend data-led improvements.
- Use AI tools appropriately while maintaining quality and originality.
- Communicate progress proactively and flag blockers early.

Requirements

- Strong Canva,



Figma and basic video-editing skills.
- Valuable understanding of design and social media best practices.
- Excellent written English and proofreading ability.
- Basic knowledge of content marketing and social media analytics.
- Strong research, organisation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities independently.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven approach.
- Relevant portfolio or work samples preferred.
