About KlothKloth is building a new way to shop for fashion — where customers can see styles on themselves using AI, try what they love at home, and only pay for what they decide to keep.

We’re building at the intersection of fashion, AI, content and commerce, and content is one of the biggest levers behind our growth.

We’re looking for a Video Editor & Director who can help us create content that people actually stop scrolling for.

Not just polished videos.

Not just aesthetically pleasing reels.

Content that has a real shot at beating the odds and going viral.

What You’ll DoYou’ll work closely with our Content and Performance Marketing teams to create a high volume of short-form content for Instagram, Meta ads and other social platforms.

Your responsibilities will include

- Edit and deliver 15+ short-form videos & 30+ statics every week
- Shoot content with creators, models, team members and products
- Turn raw footage into quick-paced, engaging Reels, ads, UGC-style videos and social content
- Use AI video generation tools to create scenes, effects, concepts and entire pieces of content where useful
- Work with the team to continuously experiment with:
- Hooks
- Storytelling formats
- Editing styles
- Memes
- Trends
- Visual effects
- AI-generated content
- Performance ad formats
- Contribute actively to scripts, hooks, concepts and the weekly content calendar
- Create multiple variations of winning ads and creatives to help the performance marketing team scale them
- Analyse which videos are getting attention and help iterate on what works




- Participate in shoots from concept → filming → edit → final output
- Keep Kloth’s content culturally relevant, fast-moving and native to social media

What We’re Looking ForYou should be someone who spends an unreasonable amount of time noticing why one Reel gets 800 views and another gets 80 million.

You should ideally have

- Strong short-form video editing skills
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Photoshop
- Comfort using Canva
- Experience shooting video using smartphones and/or professional cameras
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form video and internet culture
- Ability to identify trends early and adapt them creatively for a brand
- Experience experimenting with AI video tools and generative AI such as Higgsfield, Freepik
- A good instinct for music, pacing, hooks, cuts, captions and visual storytelling
- Ability to work fast without compromising the idea behind the content
- Strong ownership — you shouldn't need someone sitting beside you telling you every edit to make

AI Skills MatterWe don't want AI to be something you vaguely mention on your CV. You should be comfortable experimenting with modern AI tools for:
- AI video generation
- Image-to-video
- Generative visual effects
- AI avatars / characters
- Voice and audio generation
- AI-assisted editing
- Rapid concept prototyping





The specific tool matters less than your willingness to experiment aggressively with new ones. What Success Looks LikeSuccess in this role isn't measured by how beautiful your Premiere timeline looks.

It is measured by whether your content makes people:

Stop. Watch. Share. Click. Buy.

We want someone who can steadily increase the probability that Kloth creates breakout content — while maintaining enough creative velocity to produce 30–40 videos every week.

Work SetupThis is a full-time Work From Office role in Bangalore. And yes — you get a Mac mini to work on.

More importantly, you'll get a very high level of creative freedom, lots of content to experiment with, and very fast feedback on whether your ideas actually work.

Compensationrange of 3 to 5 LPA depending on fit and skill For an exceptional candidate who demonstrates outstanding creative ability, speed and content instincts, we're happy to discuss the upper end of the range.
