Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Hauz Khas for a Social Media and Content Editor. The role involves planning and executing social media content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). Day-to-day tasks include writing, editing, and optimizing posts, captions, and short-form copy, as well as coordinating visuals with designers and ensuring brand consistency.

The Social

Media and Content Editor will monitor engagement, track performance metrics, and suggest content improvements based on analytics and trends. The role also includes collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns, managing community interactions,



and ensuring all content aligns with client objectives and deadlines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media content creation and editing, including writing compelling captions, short-form copy, and post descriptions.
- Experience managing social media calendars, scheduling tools, and platform-specific best practices (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
- Ability to analyze social media performance metrics, interpret insights, and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail, grammar, and brand tone of voice.
- Familiarity with basic design principles and ability to collaborate with designers on creatives and multimedia content.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated creativity, understanding of digital trends, and interest in performance-driven marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience in a digital agency or performance marketing environment is an advantage.
