At Gen C Media, we’re looking for someone who can be both a content creator and an influencer marketer.
What will you be doing?? Content Creation
- Come on camera and create content for Gen C Media’s social media pages
- Ideate reels, social media concepts and engaging content formats
- Plan and execute content based on trends and brand objectives
- Participate in shoots and help turn ideas into actual content
- Create relatable, engaging and platform-native content
? Content Ideation & Planning
- Research trends, creators, formats and viral content ideas
- Brainstorm concepts for the agency and its initiatives
- Help build content calendars and reel ideas
- Understand what makes people stop scrolling, watch and engage
? Influencer Marketing
- Discover and shortlist relevant influencers and creators
- Coordinate with creators for campaigns
- Communicate campaign requirements and deliverables
- Follow up with influencers and manage campaign execution
- Help maintain and build creator relationships
? Talent Management
- Work closely with creators and emerging talent
- Assist with creator collaborations and opportunities
- Understand creators’ content, audience and positioning
- Support talent communication and coordination
- Learn the business side of the creator economy
Who are we looking for?You could be a excellent fit if:
- You are comfortable and confident in front of the camera
- You have a good sense of presentation and on-camera communication
- You understand Instagram, Reels and current social media trends
- You can think creatively and constantly come up with content ideas
- You communicate confidently with influencers and creators
- You are organised and good at coordination and follow-ups
- You genuinely want to build a career in content creation, influencer marketing or talent management
- You are based in Ahmedabad
You do NOT need to already be an influencer.
What matters more is your confidence, creativity, communication skills and willingness to learn.
