Key Requirements / Responsibilities

1. 7–8 years of experience in PMO / Program Management with ownership of end-to-end product implementation programs.
2. Mandatory experience / exposure on InsureMO platform preferably for General Insurance implementations
3. InsureMO implementation including Product Setup, product configuration, workflow setup and execution is a must.
4. Strong expertise in PMO governance including project planning, execution tracking, RAID management, reporting, and stakeholder governance.
5. Manage complete implementation lifecycle — requirements, solutioning, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and go-live.
6. Valuable understanding of General Insurance domain (India) covering Policy Administration, Underwriting,



Claims, Renewals, and Distribution processes.
7. Coordinate across Business, Product, Engineering, QA, Vendors, and Implementation partners to drive seamless execution.
8. Experience managing large-scale insurance/BFSI transformation or product implementation programs with multiple workstreams.
9. Strong focus on program governance including milestone tracking, dependency management, risk mitigation, budget monitoring, and escalation management.
10. Hands-on experience in Hybrid delivery, JIRA dashboards, status reporting, and leadership communication.
11. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution leadership skills in fast-paced delivery environments
