- Has strong hands-on AWS platform/cloud infrastructure experience and can independently stand up and configure infrastructure for new applications/platforms
- Has strong Terraform / Infrastructure-as-Code experience - this is a key requirement, as their AWS environment is primarily managed through Terraform
- Has experience with application/platform deployment, infrastructure automation, environment configuration, IAM/networking/security, and ideally CI/CD
- Can work hands-on as their architecture evolves; data engineering experience is helpful, but the primary requirement is platform/infrastructure engineering
