We’re looking for a Site Supervisor with a civil engineering background to oversee both residential and industrial construction projects and ensure smooth, high‑quality execution on site. The role includes managing daily construction activities, coordinating contractors and labour, verifying measurements and layouts, monitoring material quality, and ensuring all work follows approved drawings, safety standards, and timelines. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience, a solid understanding of BOQs and construction sequencing, robust communication and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to handle on‑site challenges while keeping the project organised, compliant, and on schedule.
