Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager role based in Delhi, India.

The Construction Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities across diverse project types.

Responsibilities include managing site operations, supervising contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, and maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves preparing and monitoring project budgets, tracking progress against timelines,



resolving on-site issues, and regularly reporting status to internal and external stakeholders.

The Construction Project

Manager will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on scope, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

- Strong project leadership and organization skills with experience in Project Management and Construction Project Management.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and site activities, demonstrating effective Project Coordination capabilities.
- Proficiency in Construction Management practices, including scheduling, resource allocation, and contractor supervision.
- Experience with Budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking for construction projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards in India.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in office.
- Proficiency with project management and construction software tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects in commercial or residential sectors is preferred.
