Support client engagements by understanding business requirements, translating them into application configurations, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring solutions are configured and delivered as expected. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

- SQL & Data Validation

- MS SQL Server, Oracle SQL Developer, DBeaver

- Basic API Validation using Postman

- Excel & Reporting

- Problem Solving & Analysis

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Systems, or related field.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in application configuration, business systems implementation, business analysis, or solution delivery.

- Robust client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
