Looking for a CNC CAD/CAM Designer ?

As we get closer to setting up our CNC manufacturing facility at A.S Metal Fabricators, I’m looking to connect with someone who has a strong interest and experience in CAD/CAM, CNC design and manufacturing.

Our work will involve a mix of:

- CNC-cut aluminium & ACP architectural panels
- Decorative and jali patterns
- 2D to 3D CNC designs
- Custom architectural elements
- CNC-routed MDF, plywood and other materials
- Industrial components and custom parts
- CAD/CAM programming and CNC toolpath generation

I’m looking for someone who can do more than just CAD drawings — someone who understands how a design actually goes from drawing → CAM → toolpath → CNC machine → finished product.

Experience with AutoCAD, Fusion 360, Vectric Aspire/VCarve, Carveco, ArtCAM or similar CAD/CAM software would be useful,



along with practical CNC knowledge.

The facility and machines are currently being set up, so I’m expecting to need someone around mid to end of November.

This isn't a formal job opening just yet. I'm simply putting this out there early to see if there’s someone in my network — or someone you may know — who would be a valuable fit.
