WearJIM is looking for a confident, driven, and results-oriented Part time Sales Associate to join our growing team.

As we build WearJIM into a distinctive fragrance brand for the new generation, we’re looking for someone who understands how to communicate value, build relationships, and convert opportunities into sales.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and approach potential customers and sales opportunities
- Introduce customers to WearJIM and communicate our brand and product value effectively
- Generate leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and other channels
- Convert qualified prospects into customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work independently toward agreed sales targets
- Share customer and market feedback with the core team

Who We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with new people
- Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset




- Interest in fragrance, fashion, lifestyle, fitness, or D2C brands is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, business development, retail, or customer acquisition is preferred but not mandatory
- Students, freelancers, and professionals looking for a flexible part-time opportunity are welcome to apply

Compensation

This is a commission-based role, designed to reward performance. Your earning potential will grow directly with the sales you generate.
