Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in Nagpur.

The Commission Sales

Associate will identify and approach potential clients, such as pharmacies, clinics, and distributors, to promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products. Daily work includes making sales visits, presenting product information, negotiating pricing within company guidelines, and closing deals to achieve sales targets and commission-based earnings.



The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up on orders and payments.

Qualifications

- Proven sales skills, including client engagement, and negotiation.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships and manage accounts effectively.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with clear and professional presentation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products or willingness to learn industry-specific information.
- Comfort with fieldwork, frequent local travel in and around Nagpur, and on-site client visits.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet commission-based targets.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences is an advantage.
