Role Overview

Excel Nearshore is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to join a Managed Services POD supporting a global leader in neuro and sensory medical devices. This role sits at the intersection of Sales Cloud (Lightning) and B2B Commerce Cloud, ensuring seamless revenue flows, ERP integrations (Oracle EBS), and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA/FDA).

Technical Core Requirements

Salesforce Mastery: 7+ years of functional expertise in Sales Cloud (Leads, Ops, Forecasting, Territory Mgmt) and B2B Commerce Cloud (Storefronts, Catalogs, Checkout flows).

Automation &

- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Einstein AI (predictive scoring/recommendations).

Integrations: Proven experience managing data flows between Salesforce and Oracle EBS (via MuleSoft/SOA), Google Geolocation APIs, and Xactly.

Support &

- ITIL: Experience handling L1/L2 support tickets, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and CAPA within an ITIL framework.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Configuration: Manage page layouts,



validation rules, approval processes, and complex pricing models (contract/volume discounts).

Revenue Orchestration: Optimize the end-to-end "Quote-to-Cash" journey, addressing silos between CRM and Oracle EBS.

MedTech Compliance: Ensure all configurations align with ISO 27001, HIPAA/GDPR, and FDA guidelines regarding PHI and regulated data.

Innovation: Drive year-over-year cost reductions by implementing AI/AIOps (Einstein) to automate sales cycles and commerce recommendations.

Qualifications &

- Certifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.

Required Certifications

- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.

Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Developer or Accredited Qualified).

Preferred: ITIL Foundation certification.

Soft Skills: Ability to translate complex business needs into empathetic technical solutions; strong analytical skills for medtech sales logistics.

Success Metrics

Maintain 98% pipeline accuracy and 95% commerce uptime.

Achieve a 15% YoY reduction in MTTR through automation.

Ensure 100% compliance in quarterly audits (ISO/HIPAA).
