Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Coir and Cocopeat Sales Professionals based in Bengaluru South. The role involves identifying and developing current customers, managing relationships with existing clients,



and promoting coir and cocopeat products to distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers. Daily responsibilities include conducting market visits, making sales calls, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and following up to close orders. The role also includes coordinating with internal logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery, tracking payments and documentation, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts.

Sales professionals are expected to stay updated on product specifications, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement and growth.

Qualifications

- Strong B2B sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, negotiation, and closing.
