About DhanLift:

DhanLift is building an AI enabled technology led lending platform for India.

We are simplifying the borrowing journey by helping customers discover and compare personal loan offers from multiple lenders through a single application. The platform covers the journey from loan discovery and lender matching to KYC, application submission and disbursal.

We are now looking for someone to join us at the founding stage as Co-Founder & CTO and take complete ownership of technology.

About the Role:

This is a genuine Co-Founder role, not a salaried CTO position.

You will work directly with the founder and be responsible for building the technology backbone of DhanLift from the ground up.

You will have the freedom - and responsibility - to decide how we build, what we build and how we scale.

What you will be responsible for:

- Own DhanLift’s complete technology strategy and architecture
- Build and scale the core product and technology platform
- Lead backend, frontend, APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure
- Build integrations with banks, NBFCs, KYC providers, credit bureaus and other fintech partners
- Build and improve our lender-matching and decisioning technology
- Explore and implement AI driven automation across the lending journey
- Build a robust data and analytics infrastructure
- Ensure security, reliability, scalability and performance
- Establish engineering processes and technical standards
- Hire and build the engineering team as the company scales
- Work closely with the founders on product strategy and business decisions

Who we are looking for:





We are looking for a builder and entrepreneur at heart.

Someone who has spent enough time in technology to understand how to build scalable systems, but is still comfortable getting their hands dirty and writing code.

You should ideally have

- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience in system architecture and backend development
- Experience building and scaling consumer-facing products
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
- Experience working with third-party integrations
- Experience leading or building engineering teams
- A strong product mindset
- Ability to operate independently in an early-stage environment
- Fintech / lending / payments experience would be a strong advantage

This is an equity only prospect at this stage. There is no fixed salary.
