Role Description The Co Founder (CMO): Angel with Investment (Sales & Marketing) role is a full-time on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role involves leading the overall marketing and sales strategy, including brand development, customer acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing marketing campaigns, building and managing sales processes, conducting market and competitor research, and developing positioning for products and services.

The role also requires close collaboration with other founders on business planning, budgeting, and performance metrics, as well as mentoring a future sales and marketing team. As an angel co-founder,



the individual will contribute capital, help secure additional funding, and play an active role in shaping the company’s long-term vision and partnerships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Candidates should possess core Marketing skills, such as brand strategy, campaign planning, digital marketing, and go-to-market execution.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret market data, measure campaign performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present strategies, collaborate with stakeholders, and engage customers and partners.
- Candidates should possess Research capabilities to analyze markets, competitors, customer segments, and emerging trends.
- Previous experience in a startup, early-stage venture, or entrepreneurial environment is highly beneficial.
- Proven track record in building or scaling sales and marketing functions, preferably in B2B or technology-driven businesses.
- Ability and willingness to make an angel investment and assume co-founder responsibilities, including shared ownership and risk.
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
