Role Description As a Co-Founder at Lifez Honour, you will work full time in a hybrid capacity based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work from home. You will co-create and refine the organization’s vision, strategy, and business model, ensuring alignment with its mission of accessible, high-impact coaching and mental health support. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing growth plans, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, and building partnerships with coaches, counseling professionals,



and charitable organizations.

You will collaborate on product and content development, including tools and resources for coaches, and contribute to operational decisions such as budgeting, process design, and team structures. The role also involves representing Lifez Honour in external forums, nurturing a values-driven culture, and supporting impact measurement and reporting on social and mental-health outcomes.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to guide strategy, evaluate opportunities, and make data-informed decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, build relationships, and represent the organization in public forums.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to grow the client base, expand partnerships, and promote Lifez Honour’s services and impact.
- Candidates should ideally have experience or demonstrated interest in coaching, counselling, psychology, or mental health advocacy.
