Role Description As a Co-Founder at Lupyd, you will play a central role in shaping the company’s product vision, business strategy, and operational roadmap. This full time, on-site position in Hyderabad involves leading day-to-day activities such as validating user needs, refining the privacy-focused value proposition, and helping drive product development in collaboration with technical and design teams. You will be responsible for building and managing key partnerships, overseeing marketing and sales initiatives, and representing Lupyd in front of early adopters, investors, and other stakeholders.

The role includes analyzing market trends and user feedback, guiding go-to-market plans, and helping build a resilient, inclusive company culture.



You will work closely with the founding team to secure resources, manage budgets, and ensure the platform grows sustainably and ethically.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use research and data to drive product, market, and business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal alignment and external stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, including building pipelines, negotiating deals, and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
- Background in marketing, preferably with experience in digital campaigns, brand positioning, and growth initiatives for technology products.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to operate in early-stage environments, take ownership, and make informed decisions under uncertainty.
- Interest or experience in privacy, data protection, collaboration tools, or social media platforms is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
