About the Opportunity

Triparna Systems is building iETE — Integrated Energy Transition Ecosystem, an infrastructure-focused technology and systems platform exploring how suitable existing engineered infrastructure can participate in the energy transition while preserving its primary function.

We are building an infrastructure-energy architecture around:

Existing Infrastructure → EEC → Energy → SCLOU / VERIQ → Resilience → Future Energy Systems The strategic thesis is straightforward:

Suitable existing infrastructure can become an additional deployment surface for the energy transition, creating new energy and economic value without requiring every new deployment to depend on new greenfield land.

The first reference opportunity is being developed in Bihar, creating a real-world environment to engineer, validate and commercialise the architecture.

The current programme includes a ~1 km Kamla–Balan reference corridor, Government of Bihar institutional engagement, technology-development collaboration with IIT Roorkee, EEC development, the VERIQ working prototype within the SCLOU infrastructure-intelligence layer, and engagement with specialist engineering and technology suppliers.

The Opportunity

We are looking for one entrepreneurial leader to join Triparna Systems as a Co-Founder & Strategic Investment Partner.

The selected person will work directly with the founding team to help take Triparna from:

Reference Programme → Engineering Evidence → Commercial Model → Repeatable Deployment → India Scale → International Opportunity

This person will have the chance to participate in shaping the companies:

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Development

Develop and execute the commercial strategy for iETE across suitable infrastructure-energy applications.

2. Infrastructure & Energy Partnerships

Build relationships with infrastructure owners, renewable-energy platforms,



engineering organisations, technology companies, investors and strategic partners.

3. Commercialization of EEC

Help convert the EEC architecture into commercially deployable and repeatable infrastructure-energy solutions.

4. SCLOU / VERIQ Commercialization

Support the transition of infrastructure intelligence, monitoring and decision-support capabilities from prototype/reference stage toward commercial deployment.

5. Reference-to-Scale Strategy

Help convert the Bihar reference programme into a structured methodology for evaluating and replicating suitable infrastructure corridors.

6. Institutional & Government Engagement

Support high-level institutional engagement and development of strategic relationships required for infrastructure-led deployment.

7. Capital & Investor Development

Participate in investor discussions, strategic capital formation, partnership development, and preparation for the company's next growth stage.

8. Market Expansion

Identify high-potential infrastructure-energy opportunities across India and, over time, international infrastructure-intensive markets.

9. Company Building

Help establish the people, processes, partnerships, and operating systems required to build Triparna into an infrastructure systems IP company.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first stage of the role, success would mean helping Triparna:

- Convert the current reference opportunity into credible engineering and commercial evidence
- Establish repeatable EEC deployment architecture
- Develop the commercial pathway for SCLOU / VERIQ
- Build a strong infrastructure and energy partner ecosystem
- Identify and qualify the next deployment opportunities
- Strengthen the company's investor and strategic-partner network




- Prepare the company for its next stage of growth capital
- Establish Triparna as a credible infrastructure system IP Company

The broader business model is designed to progress from: Project Revenue → Deployment Revenue → Recurring Infrastructure Intelligence → Platform / IP Revenue.

Infrastructure or energy experience is highly valuable, but exceptional entrepreneurial and commercial capability can also be considered.
