Role Description

The Co-Founder role at Furvana App is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves driving product vision, collaborating on the development of digital features for pet owners, and overseeing key business functions such as marketing, sales, and partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and user research, defining product roadmaps, coordinating with designers and developers, and ensuring alignment between user needs and business strategy.

The Co-Founder will also manage stakeholder communication, participate in fundraising and investor discussions as needed, and build a strong network within the pet care and technology ecosystem. This position is hands-on, requiring active involvement in operations,



team-building, and long-term strategic planning.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to understand market trends, user behavior, and business performance.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, engage with partners, and present ideas to stakeholders.

Candidates should possess Sales skills to drive customer acquisition, build partnerships, and convert leads into long-term users.

Candidates should possess Marketing skills to develop and execute campaigns, increase brand awareness, and support product positioning.

Experience in entrepreneurship, product management, or business development in tech or consumer apps is highly beneficial.

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup setting, make data-informed decisions, and take ownership of outcomes is essential.

Familiarity with the pet care industry or a strong personal interest in pets is an advantage.

A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
