Role Description As a Co-Founder Marketer with investment at FitOmg, you will drive end-to-end marketing and growth initiatives while contributing financially to the venture. This full-time, remote role involves defining the go-to-market strategy, planning campaigns, and developing the brand identity across digital channels. You will conduct market and competitor research, analyze user behavior, and use data to refine messaging and positioning.

Day-to-day activities include creating marketing assets, managing social media and paid campaigns, supporting sales outreach, and building key partnerships.



You will collaborate closely with other co-founders on product-market fit, growth experiments, and long-term business strategy, with significant decision-making authority.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Marketing and Sales skills to design growth strategies, drive customer acquisition, and support revenue generation.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to interpret data, assess market trends, and inform evidence-based decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to craft explicit messaging, collaborate with team members, and engage external stakeholders.
- Prior experience in startup or early-stage environments, especially in fitness, health, or consumer apps, is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and take ownership of outcomes.
- Comfort with making an investment and assuming co-founder responsibilities, including strategic planning and long-term commitment.
- Background in marketing, business, entrepreneurship, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
