Plan and design electrical infrastructure for residential/commercial township projects.

· Prepare electrical load calculations and load sheets based on project requirements.

· Develop HT/LT distribution network layouts including substations and transformer placements.

· Coordinate with Liaison Teams & Government authorities / electricity distribution companies for load sanction approvals.

· Prepare and submit documentation required for electrical load approvals and infrastructure permissions.

· Plan and supervise installation of HT/LT networks including cables, switchgear, and distribution panels.

· Manage installation and commissioning of transformers and substations.

· Ensure electrical systems meet safety, statutory, and technical standards.





· Prepare detailed BOQs for electrical infrastructure works.

· Assist in cost estimation and budget planning for electrical systems.

· Coordinate with electrical contractors and vendors for supply and installation.

· Review vendor proposals, technical specifications, and ensure compliance with project standards.

· Monitor contractor performance and manage vendor billing and certification.

· Verify contractor bills and work completion certificates.

· Maintain documentation related to electrical approvals, drawings, BOQs, and execution records.
