Job Summary The Cluster Technical Manager will oversee the technical operations and infrastructure across a designated cluster of sites, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security of all systems and services. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on technical problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of technical staff within the assigned cluster, including performance management, training, and development.

Develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps aligned with overall business objectives and corporate IT policies.

Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud environments.

Ensure the security and integrity of all technical systems and data within the cluster, adhering to best practices and compliance requirements.

Manage IT budgets, procurements, and vendor relationships for technical equipment and services across the cluster.

Collaborate with other cluster managers and central IT teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in technical operations.

Provide expert technical support and guidance to resolve complex issues and minimize downtime.

Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability, implementing proactive measures for improvement.





Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical systems and processes.

Participate in on-call rotations for critical incident response as required.

Job Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Proven experience managing technical teams across multiple locations or a clustered environment.

Robust understanding of network protocols, server operating systems (Windows and Linux), virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Solid knowledge of IT security principles, data backup and recovery strategies, and disaster recovery planning.

Experience with IT service management frameworks (ITIL).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, VCP, ITIL Foundation) are a plus.

Ability to travel regularly within the assigned cluster.
