Key Responsibilities

1. Training Needs Assessment:
- Evaluate training needs for employees within the banca channel.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand performance gaps and develop training programs.

- Program Development and Delivery:

- Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to the banca channel's goals.
- Conduct training sessions or workshops, either in-person or online.
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.

- Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage a team of trainers within the banca channel.




- Coordinate with managers and team leaders to ensure effective roll-out of training initiatives.

- Performance Tracking and Evaluation:
