Position Summary




The Picker Packer is responsible for pulling items that have been ordered from a list and packing them together for shipment or delivery. They make sure all items are accounted for per order, in a timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists in receiving and checking in, and signing off on incoming and outgoing products
- Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation
- Communicates with the Inventory, Sales and Purchasing departments regarding low or excess stock items as needed
- Performs quality control checks on stored inventory that does not meet company standards and reports those issues appropriately
- Reads and understands purchase orders and invoices
- Reports discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft, or damaged items
- Creates and updates databases and records or other data as needed
- Provides logistical support to warehouse staff and operations
- Follows all safety policies and procedures
- Assists colleagues whenever there is an chance to
