Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Facilities Technician to join our team at our Salem, MA facility. This part-time, morning-shift role is the backbone of our day-to-day operations — keeping our fleet road-ready, our equipment in top condition,



our warehouse organized, and our building well-maintained. If you take pride in a well-run facility and enjoy varied, physical work, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Management & Maintenance

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on all commercial vehicles

• Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance (oil changes, tires, inspections, registrations)

• Identify and report mechanical issues; coordinate repairs with vendors

• Keep vehicle interiors and exteriors clean and presentable

• Maintain accurate fleet logs and vehicle files

Equipment Inventory, Maintenance & Repair

• Maintain inventory of all restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, generators, tools, etc.)

• Perform daily and routine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on equipment

• Track equipment status, flagging items needing servicing or replacement

• Ensure all equipment is pr
