KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS
- Review and manage compliance of subcontract documentation, insurance requirements, and bonds
- Manage Branch office vendors and supplies
- Prepare customer billings for all jobs and follow-up with collections
- Experience running certified payroll
- Processes and records billing information in accordance with Company procedure
- Electronically reviews and updates weekly production reports
- Facilitates new employee orientation by preparing paperwork packets, processing required documentation, and submitting completed paperwork and documentation in accordance with Company procedure as requi
