We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Cluster Head – Agency Channel to lead and manage the agency business across Pune and Nashik locations. The role involves driving sales through Agency Managers, building a high-performing team, and ensuring achievement of business targets while maintaining solid compliance and persistency standards.

This is a leadership role requiring strong team handling, agency development, and business expansion capabilities in the life insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Agency Channel business for the assigned cluster.

- Drive recruitment, activation, and productivity of Agency Managers and Advisors.

- Ensure achievement of premium targets (APE / RWRP / FYP) for the cluster.

- Monitor and improve persistency ratios and overall business quality.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration.

- Coach, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve performance goals.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and field visits.

- Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory,



and company policies.

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Team Handling:

- Manage a team of Agency Managers.

- Oversee recruitment and performance of Insurance Advisors.

- Drive team productivity and business growth across multiple branches within the cluster.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate (MBA preferred).

- 7–10 years of experience in Life Insurance.

- Minimum 3–4 years of team handling experience in Agency Channel.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Local market knowledge of Pune & Nashik preferred.
