Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, agents, and managers within the direct channel team.

- Set clear performance targets for the team and provide regular coaching, feedback, and training.

- Motivate the team to achieve business goals and ensure high levels of productivity and morale.

- Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:

- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Monitor team performance against goals, analyze trends, and make necessary adjustments to strategies.

- Drive cross-selling, upselling, and customer acquisition to increase market penetration.

- Market and Competitive Analysis





- Keep track of industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to ensure the team stays competitive.

- Identify opportunities to improve the sales approach, products, and services offered to customers.

- Customer Relationship Management
