Job Summary:

The Banca Channel Manager will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with banks and financial institutions to drive insurance sales through banca channels. The role requires strong relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of both banking and insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in partner banks.
- Collaborate with bank representatives to design and implement insurance products tailored for their clients.
- Develop training programs for bank staff on insurance products and selling techniques.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends within the banca channel.
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews with bank partners to discuss performance, identify opportunities, and address any challenges.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting bank customers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to insurance sales.




- Identify new partnership opportunities and strategies to expand the banca channel.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management in the banking or insurance sector.
- Robust analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales and market data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience managing teams or projects.
