- Configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configurations across Fulfillment and Assurance.
- Support customer activations and configuration adjustments.
- Ensure the security of cloud access using Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the network infrastructure. Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Experience in Cisco WSA Proxy & Cisco ISE - Good To Have Skills:



Experience in Cloud Network Implementation.
- Experience in managing telecommunication network elements and associated configurations.
- Knowledge of back-office system data records management.
- Experience in supporting customer activations and configuration adjustments.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security.
- Experience in troubleshooting network issues and providing solutions.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) technology.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Information Technology Operations, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
