Role Description The Closing Manager (EdTech) is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for overseeing the final stages of the sales cycle for Tutopia’s learning solutions. This role involves engaging with prospective customers, explaining product features and benefits, resolving queries, and ensuring successful conversion from leads to paid users.

The Closing

Manager will coordinate funding and payment processes, verify documentation, and ensure accurate and timely completion of all closing activities. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline,



collaborating with the sales and customer support teams, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining compliance with internal policies. The role also requires providing feedback on customer needs to support product and process improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong closing and sales skills, with demonstrated experience in Closings and Sales.
- Knowledge of funding processes and financial workflows, including Funding and Loans.
- Experience or familiarity with Mortgage Lending or similar structured financial products is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or sales management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in EdTech, financial services, or high-volume B2C sales is beneficial.
