Role Description The Clinical Research Trainer will design, deliver, and update training modules on core clinical research topics, including clinical trial processes, regulatory guidelines, ethics, and positive clinical practice. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom and practical sessions, preparing training materials and case studies, assessing learner performance, and providing constructive feedback and mentorship. The trainer will collaborate with academic and industry partners to ensure course content is current, industry-aligned, and compliant with regulatory requirements.





Additional duties include maintaining training documentation, contributing to curriculum development, and supporting placement readiness activities for learners. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in clinical research concepts, including clinical trial design, ICH-GCP, regulatory compliance, and pharmacovigilance.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, training, or mentoring, with skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and learner assessment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex scientific and regulatory topics clearly.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for training delivery (e.g., presentation software, LMS platforms, online collaboration tools).
- Educational background in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field; advanced degree or specialized certification in clinical research is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a learner-centered approach.
- Prior industry experience in clinical operations, site management, data management, or related areas is highly beneficial.
- Commitment to ethical practices, continuous learning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
