Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Administer and interpret psychometric tests and standardized assessment tools.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Provide counseling and psychotherapy using appropriate therapeutic approaches such as CBT, REBT, etc.
- Maintain detailed and confidential patient records.
- Prepare psychological reports and case summaries.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide psychoeducation to patients and caregivers.
- Participate in case discussions and clinical meetings.

Required Qualifications:

• M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from an RCI-recognized institution.

- Valid RCI registration is mandatory.

Experience Required:

• 1–5 years of relevant clinical experience.

- Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and elderly individuals is preferred.
