Onboarding, Success and Implementation you will own everything after the contract: configuration, data migration, role setup, user training, and the adoption curve that decides whether the account is still here next year.
Key responsibilities
- Own onboarding for every new clinical account, from configuration to first live use.
- Run data migration, role setup and template configuration.
- Train clinical users and their supervisors.
- Track adoption per account and intervene before it stalls.
- Handle support escalations, routing clinical questions properly.
- Prepare accounts for renewal with evidence of use.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in customer success, implementation or clinical operations.
- Patience to train a user who has never used software like this before.
- Comfort with structured data,
configuration and documentation.
- A read for the account going quiet before it churns.
