As we grow, we are expanding our India-based Clinical Systems & Platform Operations team.

We are looking for people with backgrounds in Clinical Operations, Healthcare Administration, Hospital Administration, Hospital Operations or Healthcare Systems who are unusually comfortable with technology, structured processes and solving software problems.

The role is about understanding how healthcare workflows operate inside a live software platform and helping ensure those workflows function correctly.

What You Will Do

You will

- Review structured clinical and pharmacy data inside a healthcare SaaS platform
- Support UK-based clinics and pharmacies with platform-related queries
- Investigate clinical-system and workflow discrepancies before escalation




- Understand what a user was trying to do and what happened inside the platform
- Reproduce and document software or workflow issues clearly and logically
- Identify whether an issue appears related to data, process, configuration or system behaviour
- Maintain accurate case notes, audit trails and operational records
- Analyse recurring issues and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Support clinical and healthcare-administration workflows
- Improve internal tracking systems and operational reporting tools
- Build simple Excel / Google Sheets tools, templates and automations to reduce repetitive work
- Improve internal documentation and processes
- Work with UK Product, Operations and healthcare stakeholders
- Escalate genuine platform or technical problems with clear supporting information
- Follow issues through to resolution
- Help improve the quality and efficiency of Script Assist’s clinical and pharmacy operations

This is a role where attention to detail matters. A small discrepancy in a healthcare workflow can affect other stages of the process, so we value people who investigate carefully rather than making assumptions.

You are likely to be someone who has worked in healthcare but is noticeably more technical and systems-minded than the average healthcare administrator.

You may

- Hold a recognised clinical degree such as Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry or equivalent
- Hold a degree or postgraduate qualification in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management or Clinical Operations
- Have worked in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic organisations or healthcare operations teams
- Have used EMR, EHR, PMS or Hospital Information Systems
- Understand clinical or healthcare workflows
- Be comfortable working with structured healthcare data
- Enjoy identifying inconsistencies and understanding why they occurred
- Think naturally in processes, stages, statuses and dependencies
- Troubleshoot software problems yourself before asking somebody else
- Use online resources to solve technical problems independently
- Customise software and tools to make yourself more productive
- Build spreadsheets that behave more like operational systems than simple lists
- Create formulas,



templates or basic automations to remove repetitive work
- Enjoy improving processes rather than simply following them
