Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Advertising, Digital Marketing, Mass Media or a related field.

Mode: Work From Office (Monday to Friday)

About The Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented Client Servicing Intern to work closely with clients and internal teams, helping manage campaigns and clients and ensure smooth campaign execution from brief to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist & Manage day-to-day communication and build strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client briefs and coordinate with creative, strategy, client servicing, and execution teams.
- Prepare briefs, timelines, presentations, status updates, and campaign reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, feedback, and approvals.




- Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with client expectations.
- Proactively follow up with teams and clients to keep projects moving.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to account growth.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

· 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management or a similar role; Freshers with Bachelor's in Mass Media / Digital Marketing / Advertising background can apply.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Good understanding of advertising, design, digital and social media.

· Excellent coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced agency workplace.

· Someone who is proactive, organised, and comfortable handling clients independently.
