Job Title: Client Coordinator intern– Metamind Health Centre

Metamind was started with the ambition to create an Intensive out-patient services, focused on delivering evidence-based treatments for Trauma, Eating disorder and General mental health conditions. As we get this initiative off the ground, we're looking for passionate mental health professionals to join and support us in this journey.

Job Summary:

Metamind Health is looking for a warm, organized Client Coordinator to be the first point of contact at our mental health clinic. This role is a outstanding fit for someone with a psychology background who wants hands-on exposure to how a clinical practice runs — client intake, scheduling, and the day-to-day rhythm of a therapy/assessment center — while building direct experience alongside practicing psychologists.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients with warmth and sensitivity, often during vulnerable moments
- Manage client registration and records in our EMR system
- Schedule and confirm appointments across practitioners
- Handle calls and inquiries about clinic services with empathy and clarity
- Collect payments and manage basic billing
- Maintain a calm,



professional, and welcoming reception space
- Support records management with strict confidentiality (HIPAA-aligned practices)
- Assist with data entry and general administrative tasks
- Coordinate with practitioners to keep clinic operations smooth
- Help address client concerns with tact and professionalism

Qualifications:

- Degree or ongoing studies in Psychology (Bachelor's/Master's) strongly preferred
- Genuine interest in mental health and client care
- Prior clinic, hospital, or front-desk experience is a plus, not required
- Comfortable with basic computer applications; EHR experience a bonus
- Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, empathetic communication style
- High discretion with sensitive information
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
