- An Associate is responsible for the effective day to day management of the production and process of Trade Services Business.
- Incumbent can be placed in any of the Trade Services Process and should possess complete knowledge of their core and cross trained process which can be Settlement
- You are responsible for ensuring that functions are fulfilled to agreed standards and timescales using appropriate tools and techniques. It includes facilitating efficient and effective MIS Reporting and Exception Handling.
- This role is focused on providing support to the Manager and will act as a reference point for team members, management and other concerned parties.
- The role involves a robust element of team support, interpersonal, management and customer relations skills. Excellent personal organisation and prioritisation skills are required with the ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities.

- To ensure that the queries are raised within the stipulated TAT
- Create and maintain MIS sheet
- To provide process improvement suggestion
- To conduct quality checks
