1. JR. ENGINEER | 5+ Years
• Experience in residential construction / high-rise projects
• Strong site execution and coordination skills
• Good understanding of construction activities, quality and progress monitoring
2. BILLING ENGINEER | 10+ Years
• Strong expertise in contractor billing, RA Bills & measurements
• BOQ, quantity verification, rate analysis and reconciliation
• Experience in handling billing processes for large residential projects
3. CONTRACT ENGINEER | 10+ Years
• Solid experience in contract & subcontract management
• Work orders, rate analysis, variations and claims
• Contractor coordination and commercial evaluation
? LOCATIONTathawade, Pune – Preferred
?️ EXPERIENCE WE VALUEProfessionals with experience in established construction / real estate companies, particularly in residential high-rise projects, will be given preference.
