:

1. Site Execution: Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities including excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, roofing and finishing works.

2. Building Construction: Handle construction of industrial buildings, factory structures, offices, warehouses, utility buildings and other civil structures.

3. Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret structural, architectural and civil drawings and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

4. Contractor Management: Coordinate and supervise civil contractors, subcontractors, masons, bar benders, carpenters and other site manpower.

5. RCC & Structural Works: Monitor reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, foundations, columns, beams, slabs and other RCC activities.

6. Quality Control: Ensure construction work meets required quality standards and conduct inspections at various stages of execution.

7. Material Management: Check and monitor the requirement, receipt, consumption and availability of cement, steel, aggregates, bricks, concrete and other construction materials.

8. Measurement & Billing: Verify contractor measurements, prepare quantity statements and support certification of contractor bills based on actual site work.

Site Planning: Prepare daily/weekly work plans and coordinate activities to ensure timely completion as per project schedules.

10. Coordination: Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, project managers, MEP teams and other departments to resolve site-related issues.

11. Safety: Ensure compliance with construction safety procedures, PPE requirements, work-at-height precautions and other EHS standards at the site.

12. Progress Reporting: Maintain daily site reports, manpower records, material consumption reports, work progress and other project documentation.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

- BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

- 4-8 years relevant site execution experience

- Mandatory: Building Construction experience

- Strong hands-on experience in RCC & structural works

- Experience in Industrial/Factory/Warehouse construction preferred

- Positive knowledge of drawings, BOQ, estimation & measurements

- Experience in contractor & site manpower management

- Good knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Office

- Ready to work at Talcher, Odisha

- Immediate joiners preferred
