Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Gurugram.

The Civil

Engineer will oversee structural and civil aspects of house inspections, including assessing building integrity, identifying defects, and recommending practical remediation measures. Daily responsibilities include reviewing existing structures, planning inspection workflows, preparing concise technical reports, and collaborating with inspection teams to ensure accurate findings. The role also involves applying civil engineering standards to evaluate stormwater management, drainage, and foundational stability, while coordinating with contractors or vendors for maintenance and repair work as needed.

The Civil





Engineer will support continuous improvement of inspection processes and contribute to safety and quality guidelines for residential properties.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply structural and site engineering principles to residential properties.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on planning and execution of inspections, maintenance, or construction projects, preferably in the residential or building sector.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage systems, and related infrastructure to assess and recommend effective solutions for property issues.
- Ability to plan and organize inspection activities, prioritize multiple site visits, and document findings clearly and accurately.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety standards, and local regulations applicable to residential structures.
- Proficiency in basic engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, structural analysis software) and strong report-writing skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, clients, and external vendors.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to make sound technical judgments during inspections.
