Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Navi Mumbai.

The Civil

Engineer will support planning, design, and execution of railway infrastructure and associated civil works, ensuring compliance with technical standards and project specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering designs and drawings, coordinating with project managers and site teams, monitoring construction progress, and assisting in quality control and safety checks. The role involves evaluating site conditions, supporting stormwater management and drainage solutions, preparing reports and documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including contractors,



vendors, and client representatives.

The Civil

Engineer will also contribute to cost estimation, resource planning, and timely resolution of technical issues at project sites.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to railway and infrastructure projects.
- Candidates should possess practical experience as Civil Engineers, including site supervision, project coordination, and implementation of engineering plans.
- Candidates should possess skills in Planning and project scheduling, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for construction projects.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage design to ensure effective water flow and protection of railway assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar) and familiarity with Indian railway and civil engineering standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Navi Mumbai, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Prior experience in railway infrastructure, EPC projects, or government/PSU projects is an advantage.
