Role Description The City Manager role at SalonTym - Salon At Home is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The City

Manager will oversee city operations, including managing local teams of beauty professionals, coordinating daily service delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves monitoring performance metrics, implementing process improvements, and driving sales and service targets within the city.

Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives,



resolve escalations, maintain service quality standards, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
