Role Description This is a full time, on-site cinematographer intern role based in Kochi. The intern will support the production team in planning and executing video and film shoots for digital campaigns, brand stories, and social content. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with camera setup and operation, helping design and adjust lighting for different scenes, collaborating on shot composition and visual storytelling, and supporting overall video and film production workflows.

The role also involves coordinating with directors, creative strategists, and editors to ensure visual consistency with brand objectives,



maintaining equipment, and contributing ideas to enhance the quality of shoots. The intern will gain hands-on experience across pre-production, on-set production, and basic post-production support.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in Camera Operation and Cinematography, with an eye for framing, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on exposure to Video Production and Film Production processes, including pre-production planning and on-set support.
- Practical understanding of Lighting techniques for indoor, outdoor, and studio environments, and willingness to experiment creatively.
- Basic knowledge of editing or post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is an added advantage.
- Ability to follow creative direction, work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and communicate clearly on set.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability in handling equipment, and readiness to work flexible hours during shoots when required.
- Relevant coursework or projects in film, media, communication, or visual arts are preferred; a portfolio or showreel is highly beneficial.
- Open to learning, receiving feedback, and adapting in a quick-paced creative and digital marketing environment.
