Role Description The Chief Operations Officer (COO) at DigiTruce.ai is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and enabling scalable, efficient delivery of cybersecurity services. This position leads operational strategy, designs and optimizes processes across service lines (including OT, ICS, AI security, and validation services), and ensures alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The COO collaborates closely with executive leadership on business planning, resource allocation, and financial performance, while establishing performance metrics, dashboards,



and reporting for operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement, overseeing budgeting and cost controls, and supporting client engagements to maintain high service quality and trust. The role also requires fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation that supports DigiTruce.ai’s mission and growth.

Qualifications

- Solid Business Planning and strategic leadership skills for scaling operations and aligning initiatives with organizational goals.
- Proven Operations Management experience, including process optimization, service delivery management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, performance measurement, and operational risk assessment.
- Solid Finance and Budgeting capabilities to manage P&L;, allocate resources, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Extensive experience in cybersecurity, technology services, or related sectors; familiarity with OT, ICS, or AI security environments is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with executive teams and key clients.
- Demonstrated people leadership, including team development, mentoring, and change management in a high-growth setting.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.
